A Dual Position: Business and School Manager

The tools and procedures, developed by Latitude Bilingual® in different schools for over more than ten years, have been specifically designed for the reality of an international bilingual school. Its expertise in the field of education enables Latitude Bilingual ® to accompany the director with the role as school manager as well as business manager.

Setting Up School: Logistics, Recruitment & Communication

We support our partners with recruitment and enable them to identify the best teachers. We also guide them in setting up their premises with their choice of resources and materials. We provide them with internal and external communication tools. Thanks to the support we give, set up time is considerably reduced.

Bilingual Curriculum

We help our partners to define and implement a quality dual immersion bilingual curriculum for primary aged children ages 2-11: we provide with a fully bilingual teaching programme (which can be developed in partnership in the case of learning 50 % English / 50 % national language other than French) to tailor it to your geographical market and specific school needs.

Running the School

Latitude Bilingual® provides its partners with detailled teaching and learning support and tools, ranging in topics from classroom organisation, individualised teaching, report writing … to meetings with parents. Latitude Bilingual ® provides access to all of its procedures, tools and documents through a communication platform with two uses:
– Direct communication between school and families via a pupil data base
– Direct communication between the licence and the school via a large database containing all the tools necessary for the daily running of the school, both the administrative and educational aspects.
This user friendly communication interface not only facilitates the running of the school, but its systematic, daily use will ensure that the manager follows the Latitude Bilingual ® quality assurance framework and requirements.

Adhering to the procedures defined by Latitude Bilingual ® and its communication tools ensures the licensee a continuous quality at every step.
As such, in every school with a licence, Latitude Bilingual ® will carry out timetable obligatory quality control audits to ensure that the licensee is following requirements and meeting standards of quality.
